I love our guard situation. It could very well be just a notch below Golden St.'s for the most explosive in the NBA.
In a roundabout way, Morey gave Harden his solution he needed. Morey says, "I present to you Mike D'Antoni." Harden says, "I was looking for help at guard." D'Antoni says, "You are your solution." Harden says, "..." D'Antoni says, "You're the point guard, we'll get you shooting guards to help out." Eric Gordon says, "Here for you Cha-Buddy G." Lou Williams says, "Here for you Cha-Buddy G." Beverley says, "Was already here for you Cha-Buddy G." Harden says, "Who's Cha-Buddy G?" Harden says, "What's a yaar?" D'Antoni, Eric Gordon, Lou Williams, and Beverley say, "Cha-buddy." Team wins 55 and is up 2-0 in the first round of the playoffs. Harden has so many Cha-buddy G's that he never has to pick one. Harden says, "Westbrook, who's Cha-Buddy, G?" Westbrook says, "Spalding." Les says, "He never got on the boat, did he?" Harden says, "Les, you're MahBuddy G."
93 points of our 115 came from our guards. That is just absurd and amazing. If Lou can continue on from his game 2 combined that with Harden's 36 point average along with Gordon and Bev(who is just playing really well) we can go along way(WCF's).
people around here just love to say ......plays no defense. And more times then not it's not even close to being correct
Who knew swapping out Prigioni and Terry for Gordon and Lou would yield better results? I for one am shocked. Shocked I say!
I watch the games. Don't base my thoughts on "people around here". Hayward is not a plus defender. Paul George is ideal. Rodney Hood is more realistic and happy medium between the two.
