A bit of a surprise, but I guess with Schaub looking so good and knowing Sage Rosenfels is a dependable backup the 3rd QB was expendable. If nobody picks him up, I wouldn't be surprised to see him brought back once we get Dre back.

There's the best profile for Devin Aromashodu I found. 7th round pick last year, pulled his hammy in camp and put on IR by the Colts. He'll probably be gone as soon as Dre is healthy, which is why I think Zabransky could be back barring any other injury replacement needs ... I think Aromashaodu is more here to give us enough guys to work with in practice since Dre obviously won't be there this week.

If there is no swelling tomorrow, then there is no damage. If thats the case, expect him to suit up on Sunday.

Wow, I thought Kubiak said he wasn't going to sign a player this week because of Andre's injury. He simply stated the others will have to step up their game.

Maybe his injury is more serious than we thought? I hope not.

The guy is on practice squad, meaning he won't play Sunday. I seriously doubt he'll be here much longer once they know Dre is healthy, unless he really impresses.

I think what Kubiak meant was they weren't going to sign a guy to come in and help replace Dre (such as an Antonio Bryant or Mccardell). He's counting on Jacoby, Walter, Davis, and Mathis to each step up if necessary.
