    Steve Nash hosted a celebrity charity soccer game yesterday in downtown Los Angeles called the Steve Nash Foundation Showdown featuring Klay Thompson (2 goals), Jeremy Lin, Jared Dudley (1 goal) and of course Steve Nash who scored 2 goals himself.

    Has there been a soccer post in the GARM before? Steve Nash can freagin' ball! Sick footwork.

    Jeremy Lin had a nice assist to Klay Thompson in the game and will join the rest of his Rockets teammates in LA this week.

    I think there is a direct correlation to the length of their shorts and their soccer skill. Jeremy, looks like that is a an inseam of 12. not good.

    Omer Asik was going to play, but demanded to be traded to TMac's charity softball game after he found out tha Lin was gonna be there.

    Is there a direct correlation between athletes great at soccer and those in the NBA?

    Nash, Dream and Kobe for example are all avid fans and the last two especially are easily the most SKILLED players of all time in their respective positions. Their body control and footwork is nearly impossible for most players to mimic.

    While Nash is the greatest passer we've seen since Magic.

    Probably reaching though.

    Nash should trade him for Olajuwon. Even that big dude towards the end played better than Lin. His highlights consisted of a shank 30 feet to the right and 50 feet over the goal. This video makes me wonder what sport Lin is good at.

    Jeremy, you can seriously ball on a court, but it appears that fields are not your thing. Next year, we're getting you some Pumas.
