What is your list for top 10 albums of the 90s? I should probably have made this 2000-2009, but I think the 90s had so much better music. I can listen to these albums over and over again. I don't have a top 10, but the only one I can think of that hasn't been mentioned is Nine Inch Nails' The Downward Spiral. Definitely a classic.
