Here is mine 1.) Scola 18.4 ppg 2.) Brooks 15.8 ppg 3.) Ariza 13.8 ppg 4.) Anderson 9.5 ppg 5.) Battier 8.4 ppg 6.) Landry 8.1 ppg 7.) Pops 7.1 ppg 8.) Buddinger 7.0 ppg 9.) Lowry 6.2 ppg 10.) Taylor 4.1 ppg 11.) Dorsey 4.1 ppg 12.) Hayes 2.3 ppg Total : 104.8 PPG Just random numbers
In my opinion, the first step shouldn't be predicting ppg, but rather mpg. More than any other factor, what impacts a player's ppg from one season to the next is change in minutes.
For instance, you have Scola scoring 18 ppg, and Landry scoring 8 ppg. But Carl has actually scored more points, per minute, than Scola in each of the last two seasons. So, let's conservatively assume they score at about the same rate, per minute, next year. Do you really expect Scola will play over twice as many minutes per game? Frankly, I doubt it.
1.) Scola 14.8 ppg 2.) Brooks 19.8 ppg 3.) Ariza 14.2 ppg 4.) Anderson 6.5 ppg 5.) Battier 8.4 ppg 6.) Landry 10.8 ppg 7.) Pops 3.1 ppg 8.) Buddinger 6.0 ppg 9.) Lowry 8.2 ppg 10.) Taylor 6.1 ppg 11.) Dorsey 3.9 ppg 12.) Hayes 4.2 ppg McGrady - DNP C0cksucker
I would lower most of those (some quite a bit) and raise Landry and Lowry. I would guess team output to be in the 95-98 PPG range.
LOL at these Rockets averaging 104 ppg. I don't know about who's gonna get what (I doubt we're done wheeling and dealing) but, right now, this has the look of a team that will be lucky to get 95-97 ppg.
The sum of the individual PPG should actually be much more than what we score, as a team. Unless it is assumed every player will play 82 games (doubt it).

But...Scola is not playing the same role this year as he did last year. He IMO has more offensive potential than Landry. Landry is a spot up jump shooter, and he can dunk when there is an opening in the lane for him, but not much of a shot creator....Scola has moves and can create his own shots.
