I would say only 5 are "easy wins". I think 7-5 is realistic, and I'd be happy with 8-4. That's a hellish schedule.
Really hard to say. Depends on how well they come out of the gate. They could easily go 6-6, but if things go well they could be 10-2.

I'll be the first to this prediction and you guys can call me a genius later: Rockets go 12-0!!! That will be a wake-up call to those damn ESPN analysts and their man-love for the damn Suns and Celtics!
I think the important point here is to realize that even if the Rockets do struggle in those early games, we have to stand behind them because the rest of the season could be a pure breeze. And it's not how you start, it's how you finish.
I say 6-6. W - Tue 30 @ LA Lakers W - Thu 01 @ Utah W - Sat 03 vs Portland L - Mon 05 @ Dallas 7:30pm L - Tue 06 vs San Antonio W - Fri 09 vs Milwaukee W - Sun 11 @ Charlotte L - Tue 13 @ Memphis L - Wed 14 vs LA Lakers L - Fri 16 @ San Antonio L - Sat 17 vs Phoenix W - Wed 21 vs Dallas

As bad as the offense has looked in the last 2 preseason games the only way we win 7 or more games is if Tmac or Yao goes bananas right from the start. I don't see Yao starting the season well due how different this offense is. If anything, I expect McGrady to come out on fire like he did in 05-06 before the back issues got him. I expect Bonzi to come out putting up big number s(15-16ppg) for the first 15-20 games while everyone else is learning the offense. So I'll say 7-8 based on Tmac and Bonzi eating people up right out of the gate.
