West: 1) Kings 2) Wolves 3) Mavs 4) Spurs 5) Memphis 6) Lakers 7) Denver 8) Utah Kings vs Utah---> Kings win Wolves vs Denver----> Wolves win Mavs vs LA ----> Mavs win Spurs vs Memphis---> Grizz win Finals Kings vs Grizzlies----> Kings win Kings in NBA finals and beat Indiana Kings 2004 champs.
if u not gonna mention the rockets put this in NBA DISH section. And the rockets are gonna make the playoffs unless they sufffer an extreme setback, which i doubt.
Ok, most people will disagree outright with me putting the Jazz in the 8th seed instead of the Rockets...so let's just put them in there, but the result is still the same. The Kings will still win that matchup (probably sweep) and my prediction stands that the Kings will win the west and the championship.
1) Kings 2) Wolves 3) Mavs 4) Lakers 5) Spurs 6) Griz 7) Rockets 8) Nuggets Kings won't go all the way, they will lose WC finals. We might make it second round if we are lucky.
I still believe that the Rockets will make the playoff. WEST: 1. Sacramento 2. San Antonio 3. Minnesota 4. La Lakers 5. Dallas 6. Memphis 7. Houston 8. Denver Houston will not advance to the 2nd round Western Conference Finals - San Antonio VS Minnesota
SILENTFAN, OMG!!! I can't believe this BS! The Rockets will be the damn 6th seed!!! I'm hoping the Lakers go on a run and move up to the 3rd seed. Yeah, that's right, I definitely said it! All yall save your talk 'bout the Lakers being a different team in the playoffs, I don't give. The Rockets match up good with the Lakers and we beat them all the time. There isn't a team I'd rather play more. I can't speculate past the first round at this point since I don't know the final seedings, but all that matters to me is the Rockets beating the Fakers in round 1. All the Rockets want to do is play a playoff game, and we all know they get up for the big games. This a team to FEAR in the playoffs. The only team I don't think we can beat in the playoffs is the Mavs, other then that, BRING 'EM ON!

Silentfan, by your negative ass posts it seems like it would give you great pleasure if the Rockets actually do miss the playoffs. Just so you can go around crying, "I told you so."

First you sturred up some commotion in the rockets forum now your doing it in the NBA forum, damn you silentfan, damn you & the Rox WILL make the playoffs, book it! If not you can rag on me all offseason. shawn
I don't know how one could make such a bold prediction that the Jazz will not make the playoffs being they're only 1 1/2 games back of the Nuggets and are one of the NBA's hottest teams. Not only have they beaten Seattle twice, they beat the Kings in ARCO and the Pistons the other night. If the Nuggets continue to slip the Jazz will over take them by next week.
This is always fun to predict, considering we have no idea about injuries, Kobe Bryant in or out of court or jail, etc, but here goes: 1 vs 8: Kings over Nuggets in 5. 4 vs 5: Lakers vs Spurs. Spurs in 7. 2 vs 7: Wolves over Rockets in 6. 3 vs 6: Mavericks over Grizzlies in 6. 1 vs 5: Kings over Spurs in 6. 2 vs 3: Wolves over Mavs in 7. Kings over Wolves in 7. The East? Who cares? Indiana and Detroit will be in the EC finals, one will prevail. Kings will win it all. IF Webber stays healthy.
