    i saw these two bands, hell city kings and white rhino at rudyard's a couple months back. they tore the house down. not sure how well-known they are, but i hadn't heard of them. they came out with a split 7" that they gave away for free at the show.

    good music to party to.

    my favorite austin band - WHITE DENIM!!! nigel godrich (radiohead producer) heard these guys first EP and brought them out to his studio for a live session - here are a couple songs...
