I don't think The Gods Must Be Crazy or its sequel qualify as awful funny movies. They're just good comedies.
The one where the dude delivers pizza but he's a ho. The Man With One Red Shoe (possibly my fave Tom Hanks movie)

You're not thinking of "Freddy Got Fingered"? With Finch from American Pie in it. That was just horrid, some mates reckoned it was good, but it was, well awful, horrid, repulsive, disgusting and just generally in very bad taste.

if that was the movie with chevy chase and the chick from "gimme a break"... that movie was so bad arse. i liked the part when the gimme a break chick was chanting when putting powder around the bed that chevy was laying in. then he started sliding around the bed and sniffing it up. i wouldn't mind having the soundtrack to that movie if there was one. that one song (not really a song) "do, do, doo. do, do doo. do do do doo da doo da doo" (i'm sure that doesn't make sense.) anyway, i liked... superstar juwanna man... You think that's bad? I even liked 'Zapped Again'. The 80's were the Golden Age of Bad-Comedy. Anyone for 'Summer School' with Mark Harmon and Kirstie Alley (back when she was hot)?
heh....those two guys that were into horror movie special effects and the hot exchange student...and of course Kirstie back when she was still attractive. I liked it. Also...Scavenger Hunt is positively one of my favorite movies EVER. just try to find a copy of it anywhere....old tapes will cost ya over 100 bucks and it hasnt been released on DVD. anyone got a copy of it? EDIT: speaking of socalled "bad" comedies....The Jerk is on right now on TBS...unfortunately...edited to hell ....but still funny. I love comedies that most would term bad...
