Schick and the NBA will be announcing the ROY pretty soon. I think we have just a few days left to show them definitively who the fan favorite is. Francis is in the lead right now, but he is NOT on the Schick Rookie Spokes Team, so I would imagine the best we could hope for would be a co-winner with Brand.
