Olajuwon should either stay on the IR or sit on the end of the bench... His ego has obviously proven to become too big for this young, up and coming team... I really think it's best for the Rockets to just flat out cut him... What kind of example is this so-called "role model" setting to our young team? That if you WERE the star of the team several years ago, that you then have the right to mouth off to the media about not getting enough shots? He's a cancer to the team... As a Rocket fan, I honestly don't think the Rockets are title contenders, therefore does it really matter if we have Olajuwon's inside "presence"? I don't really think that wins and losses should be the main idea to a young team, but rather IMPROVEMENT... Improvement doesn't necessarily mean better record... What it means is that the players you do have are playing well together... Obviously, we're missing some pieces in the frontcourt, but can you say Olajuwon is an X factor??? Hell no... Until we get a Chris Webber, we can't expect the Rockets to win more than 45 games... But for now, I'll settle for improvement with our young horses... Akeem, I hope you enjoy Vancouver... ------------------ Check out my homepage! Loads of sports pics! http://www.public.asu.edu/~sykim/
