The Rockets will win the rest of their games.... It seems like this team steps up when ever people start to right them off. This team showed last game that they can score and score well (even with Wesley in his slump). The foundation of this team is their defense and on any given night can shut anybody down. This, like the Astros last year, puts them in a Playoff type situation even before the season ends. I know I'm going to get a lot of flack about this, but you will be pulling this thread back up when it happens. Oh yeah... someone tell Wesley to follow through on his shots. Look tonight.. on all of his shots that he follows though on, they go in. When he doesn't, but recoils his hands quick, they are off. OK, fire away, but in two weeks you'll call me a genuis.
LOL. I wouldn't bet anything on this prediction unless I want to lose a dollar. We have weaknesses that can be exploited. At this point, Rox have shown currently that they are old, banged up and tired. If our shots can't fall to counteract these weaknesses, we stand no chance in the playoffs nevermind win every single game like you are saying. LOL
Unlikely. Even if we could do it, it would be playoff suicide to not rest some of our guys, even ... or especially TMac, once we've locked a berth.
You are right if we play smart basketball and that rides on the shoulders of JVG (stop ridiculous 3's if they aren't falling when the game is tied causing fast pace points by the other team to take the lead, run smart plays, draw fouls and drive the lane, etc, etc, etc.).

You know when I first saw this I thought it read.. I think the above would be very appropriate. A fresh Rocket team has a better chance against Phx and SA than a worn out team does against Dallas or Seattle. The last few games have shown it. I think we should shut Tmac, Wesley and Barry down until the playoffs (cut their minutes in half). Might try to win the home games versus Denver and Memphis that might get us an extra seed, but not overworrying about any other games.
