I was watching Sportscenter this morning, and they were showing highlights of the Hawks/Nets game last night. One of the highlights shown was of J.R. Rider. He got the ball in the post, pivoted twice, and went around his defender who was stuck in cement. Nothing special.

    Here was the anchor's call:

    "Rider with the Dreamshake."

Dreamshake my fat hairy ass. That may be the worst of many insults the Dream has gotten through his years in Houston (kinda like suggesting trading him for Howard [IMG] ).

Is it any coincidence that we are the only team mentioned in the national anthem?

    I didn't think so!

Yea, I know exactly what you are talking about. It is sickening watching them compare that basic pivot spin to one of the greatest signature moves of all time. Sickening.

Well, on the other hand, you could consider it the highest form of a compliment. After all, the reason they call it a "dreamshake" is because of Olajuwon. It is his legacy. I've heard them refer to the "sky hook" from guys but I'm sure that never hurt Kareem's feelings.
