Year Later what has Changed?

    To me you look at the current standings Now compare to last year. You see tired teams, but then again you see teams that are more hungrier with better records. Blazers, Nuggets, Thunder and Clippers are now top teams. Could Rockets, Spurs, be on there way down from the playoff top tier? Or is just a bang up team without true role players. Will come see in the summer 2019.
