    Z-

did you see Dylan in concert?

I am stoked for his Garden show in November, and I am going out to buy Love and Theft this weekend.

Robert Zimmerman has been pumping out music for four decades now, the man is simply amazing, a musical genius, an American icon of poetry, music, and art. from his first album,"Bob Dylan" to his latest, "Love and Theft", he speaks to the masses, a prophet of peace.

Even if his voice is increasingly awful, he's still great in concert. It surprises me how well he plays his guitar.

I've seen Dylan twice, once it Amherst, and again in the Ravine near Spokane with Paul Simon. Spectacular guy. I love it when everyone lights a match or lighter... so much energy.

I'm envious of the guys who got to see Dylan when he was younger. Neil Young, too. I had a chance to see young last year, but the tickets were over $200 a piece because of the venue size.

Yeah, he was great last night. Full of energy- very strong. He looked like he was having a great time, and he really seemed to appreciate the crowd. The guitar work was amazing.

    Not very often.

The best thing about his shows is he doesn't have to rely on a light show or dressing up and wearing makeup. Its all about the music, and he still plays it with a passion and fire just like he used to. Plus he has a great band behind him as well.

He played the harmonica on Saturday, and he was brilliant. On top of his game. He had a bit of everything Saturday.

On a side note: God it's nice to go into Key Arena and not worry about who's going to win and who's going to lose. :D
