Thanks for the update! Will check it out! ;)
Looks like in addition to the video there are some photos there as well from yesterday's practice.

    GREAT video . . .

I love the way they kept the audio so you can hear the players cursing. :)

:( Don't they want to put positive footage on there? Other than a couple of fouls that Yao drew, the blue team did nothing. Not even with Eddie playing blue,gray,blue,gray,blue,gray.....:D

I thought the video was pretty cool. I like seeing stuff like this and I hope that Rockets.com continues to put up these videos.

Understandably Yao Ming looks a bit lost out there, not quite sure what to do. The more he gets acclimated to the physicalness of the NBA game the more comfortable he will feel in the post I think.

Nachbar looked pretty good on the help defense on there as well.

I am getting it as well. But the photos look good. Kelvin actually looks in decent shape. It will be good for Yao to have Kelvin leaning on him with that big body for a while.

Man...it must be hard on Yao. Right now in practice he has like 5 different people telling him what to do between plays...Cato, Rudy, Steve, assistant coaches, etc. and he has no idea how much he should trust everyone's opinion.

I did like that no look backdoor pass he gave to Eddie, though. I guess our players will have to start getting ready to have good passes sent their way when they might not expect it.

    It's our killer defense...

I admit I havent seen much of the "motion" offense, since I can't watch any preseason games in Austin, but I wasn't impressed by any of it in the video.

geez it was only a couple of min. of video ..not sure what you were expecting

I was impressed with Ming and the quick hands..Very impressed with his passing ability.. nice to see the team swinging the ball around..was very rare last year.

Mings got some good passing skills but boy does he lack strength. Hopefully, the trainers can do something about that.

That's exactly what I thought too. With that type of interior passing the Rockets are going to be VERY tough this year. If Yao can force the double team....we will really be able to make a lot of clubs pay. The number of options this team has is ridiculous.

When Ming really bent his legs and got position...Cato was a ragdoll.

Cato still hasn't gotten used to this.
