Maybe I missed it here but there is a Yao vs USA viewing party tonight at Dave and Busters. That's about the only info I have though.

Dave & Buster's needs to promote that party a little more because I have not heard jack squat about this until you brought it up now. (And I am someone who is in "the know" about things like this).

Anyway, I am assuming they won't make a big deal out of it like they did for the NBA Draft. Sure they will have the TV's tuned into the game on TNT, but there are viewing party's all over the world if you want to give it an exact title for what people are doing!:eek:cool:

Wouldnt it be nice if we (clutchcity) had a restraunt, with the main theme being the Houston Rockets? I wonder if I should try and make that dream a reality? I mean we could have all the veiwing parties there, and even have a booth resevered for Clutch and his Crew, it could be a REAL BBS hangout

It would be a tough go with the current popularity of the Rockets. Since we're all predicting championships, it sounds like a good idea though :D

Let's do it! Let's make this happen for sure sometime in the next year. I will gladly invest in this brilliant idea for a Clutch City Restaurant! But what kind of food would satisfy the majority of the Rockets fans when they visit during a Rockets viewing party?

Did I tell you that I honestly think this is a brilliant idea? Unless of course the term "Clutch City" is already trademarked and cannot be used.

As far as I know, it is. They were discussing having Clutch City shirts, but they couldn't because of Clutch City. Don't know much about it though.

Well speaking of the menu I think it would be nice to have some Rocket themed food as well,

    The Rudy T bone steak

    The KT Hot dog

    Glen Rice pudding for dessert

    Yao Ming Egg roles

    Hot and Spciy Cat wings!

    Oscar Torres Fajita platter

The Steve tripple double platter, Double shrimp, Double Steak, and Double Chciken, it will be a TABLE platter maybe!

What do you guys think of this?

Heh - turns out it was a viewing party.....for the local Chinese chapter of the Yao Ming Fan Club. It was pretty fun though. People were cheering for the Chinese NT and Ming, although when he stuffed that dunk attempt noone said anything.
