They talked about the play by Yao last night, the behind the back.

Ofcourse, the one guy is tearing Yao apart. The other dude is sticking up for Yao.

He said it was a nice play for a center his size, but if that was a pg he would have been laughed out of the arena.

The white dude (I don't know who is who by names) was talking about Yao should do well right now with Shaq in the East and Tim Duncan injured. he said he is waiting for Yao to reach TMAC (WTF?!)

The other guy said Yao started out slow but has had a nice season and is getting better.

As Van Chancellor would say : The Cornman admitted that Yao is a "fine player"

If it was a PG, the PG would pass the ball, there is another player open at the time.

There was. JB was up on the arc IIRC wide open.

Yao took it all the way himself. It was awesome.

TMac was open, too, but I am happy that Yao took the high percentage shot.

Mentioned Yao again later in the show during Good Cop/ Bad Cop--

They were talking about the Lakers, and both were convinced they were going to try and get Yao Ming in the next couple of years.

However, Wilbon said that the Lakers won't be able to pull it off because they just don't have the money to attract free agents.

Kornheiser said that they will find a way to get Yao or KG even if its going to cost a bucket load of money.

    No, s/he is a Suns fan. ;)

Based on the video, I think Yao did the right thing: Wesley threw the ball in a hurry, Yao is probably the 1st Rocket he saw. Then when Yao caught the ball, his body is to the right, therefore he can't see clearly where his teamates are. Since he was running in high speed, if he turned left, found his teamates and then pass the ball, it might result in a steal or travel. Once he finished the behind-the-back dribble, he is already at the FT line and there was no opponent players in front of him, so he just dunk the ball. Like TMac said, it came naturally to him. He was not forcing it. Better yet, from his expression on the way back, he didn't even realize how amazing that was.

nice. so youwant him to pass to the bench. Now I see why that would result in a turnover. :p
