Does anyone think that the Rockets would play better if Rudy tried surrounding Yao and Steve with Boki, TMo, Hawkins? Those three guys might be the only ones on the team willing to role play and play defense.

Well, a lineup of Maddox, Hawkins, Boki, and MoTay would almost assure Yao of getting the offensive action he deserves.

Hmm, that lineup would be offensive to the Rocket fans all over the world. ;)

Err, maybe not to the 1.3 billion fans in China. :p

How about Mo, Curley, Groucho, and Soupy Sales.

Why does everyone always forget Tito Maddox? He has to be included in every "bring on the bench" post.

Actually that's a better idea than a lot I've seen recently. TMo and Hawkins have roles they can fill in a starting lineup, and Nachbar should be a starter for us at some point.

Hawkins - defensive stopper, great speed
Morris - good defensive player, good rebounder, decent passer (4 assists last game), he found his shot this summer
Nachbar - good passer, and should become a good permiter threat, and knows how to take it to the hole

    PG - Francis
    SG - Hawkins
    SF - Nachbar
    PF - Morris
    C - Yao

Two solid scorers, 1 perimeter threat and 2 defensive specialist on the floor at the same time. I think it's not near as bad as you guys are thinking.

Let Cato be PF and MoT be SF, I think that's better...
