    Forget the All-Star Game (cont.)

Not sure if there's a thread for this already.

I guess he doesn't think that by far the best center in the West should be on the All-Star squad.

OK..he said Yao Ming, Ben Wallace, Rashard Lewis, Paul Pierce and Zydrunas Ilgauskas shouldn't be in the all star game.......

but, Pau Gasol and Chris Bosh should be...

Forget about that all star voting is a popularity contest, how in the world could he rate Pau Gasol and Chris Bosh over Yao Ming, Big Ben, Rashard Lewis and Paul Pierce as better basketball players? I dont even know if Pau Gasol is better than Zydrunas Ilgauskas.

Ben Wallace has won a championship for his team and has been defensive player of the year. What has Pau Gasol, Elton Brand and Chris Bosh won?

The moron also said that KG should be selected at the center spot. There goes all his credibility right there.

Too bad Jack McCallum isn't a GM somewhere. I'd love to make a trade or two with him.

This guy is stupid. People voted Yao into the All Star Game. He SHOULD be in the All Star Game..because people love him..and because he is an All Star...

Are we supposed to be impressed by his knowledge of the 'lesser known' players of the game? Gee, this guy has a bunch of different picks, he must know something that fans and coaches don't.

I don't think you can say Yao is currently better than B. Miller "by far."

Same shooting percentage, main difference is miller has a few less points and a few more assists.

Seems Miller comes out ahead very slightly on the stats. So need a good argument to say Yao is clearly better at this point.

What a jackass, whoever wrote that garbage.

Thank god it's the fans and coaches decide who plays in all star game, not some moron writer.

Pau Gasol? Pau freaking Gasol? He is putting on the same stats as Yao, and he already missed hand full of games.

Did you ever see front or double defence on Brad miller? Give me break, if you are Rockets fan, you do not bash Yao like this.

No this article was written by Jack McCallum who is usually a pretty big Yao fan. I don't know why he would write something like that...

Look at Kelly Dwyer's article on SI.com-the one with the weekly recap--he said that Yao has been playing "brilliant"....

If you trade Yao for Miller, you can ask Kings add any one player in their roster. Is i t that simple?

No..you don't trade Yao for Brad Miller. Whether Yao is currently better than Miller is arguable (shouldn't be but it is) but you still don't trade Yao for Brad Miller
