He needs to be careful. For some reason a lot of dangerous plays happen around E. Euros. I don't know if it's intentional or not, like last nights Yao-tackle by Z, but he needs to be careful. And he needs to where knee pads on both knees, as well as elbow pads. Players have caught on to the way Rockets games gets refed, and they're going to be looking to hurt our players, especially Yao. Now is as good of a time as any for Deke to pass on infamous bball elbow securing technique to Yao. He's going to need it during the playoffs. Also, TMac needs to watch how Kobe uses his elbows to clear space before shooting, and how Jordan nonchalantly pushes his defender off with offhand.
Wow.. i doubt it.. why dont you just ask him to be in a swat uniform with bullet proof too... He knows what he's doing.
funny he brought this up since Yao injured his foot last season while playing...the Jazz...on a play that involved....Okur.
I don't think any player in NBA would intentionally hurt someone in the game. Firstly, you have to take the risks of getting caught and banned for the games. Secondly, you have to take the risks of hurting youself and ruining your career.
Bowen unintentionally does a leaping kick to a white Seattle player. His legs are almost completely horizontal. Bowen unintentionally does a leaping kick to a white Minnesota player, Szcerbiak. Bowen hates white people. lol I don't know if his intention was to hurt the other player. He was definitely trying to give a hard foul.
Well, if Yao Ming has to be careful about this, and careful about that, you might as well ask Yao Ming to retire. In an interview after the game with Cleveland Cavaliers, when reporter told him to take care of himself, and not to be reinjured, Yao Ming just flatly said: "It is easy said than done. There is no way to prevent injury. When a professional basketball player is on court, when he sees an opportunity (where he can score, or stop the other players from scoring), by instinct he will strive to give his best......." http://sports.sohu.com/20070307/n248539269.shtml
......I don't know what to say............. I believe they are not intentional. But centerialy they are encouraged to play more aggressivly when a such foul by Z. is not called.
