We hand make YAO MING T Shirts in Chinese red with yellow letters. The letters are surrounded with sparkling imitation Jewels. Two were worn to the Draft Party at D&B, Did you see them?

Wasabi is like horseradish on steroids....VEEEEEERY hot mustard. Only the bravest of individuals put more than a little bit on their food...

It is indeed like horseradish and veeeeery hot. But the Chinese don't really use it much on their food. It's the Japanese who use it more often especially with sushi. The wasabi takes the "edge" off when eating the raw sushi stuff.....

You mix lots of the wasabi with soy sauce. You then dip your sushi(especially the raw stuff) into it. It just kills/masks that uncooked, raw taste of the sushi. Some people like to eat sushi raw but can't stand the full taste of raw fish, eel, etc. so they use the wasabi/soy sauce mixture to make it more palatable.....Also you're right, it's not very "hot", I used the wrong adjective to describe it. BUT it will clear your sinuses though!!! :D

I can't stand the taste of the nori... nori is the seaweed paper that the sushi is wrapped up in... nasty.

back to the topic....eBay has about three pages of Yao Ming merchandise.... mostly trading cards.

    GO MING
    GO ROCKETS
    GO PRACTICE MORE CATO!
