A Yao Ming McFarlane Sports Picks Action Figure is due out this November. Hopefully McFarlane Toys will see the new unis in time so that the figure is dressed to impress!!!
The figure will be displaying the new unis. I am looking forward to it! It would be great if they would re-issues the Francis figure in the new unis as well.
I sure hope they release the Francis figure again, but i would prefer a new sculpt. They are doing it with Rey Allen why not Steve. Good luck finding that Yao Ming figure. I think he will be very difficult to find. He will be the Michael Vick of that series.
Actually, NBA Series 5 is a pretty darn good lineup and I expect Yao Ming to not be too hard to find. I am sure he won't be short packed in cases. While they are making another Ray Allen I bet HE will be in limited quantities. And I agree, if they are putting out a new Ray they should put out a new Steve. The difference though is that Ray is on a new team, versus a team with a uniform change. I thought the Francis sculpt was pretty decent, at least it was original and not a re-used one like has been done on a number of figures.
