Sorry to jump to next year already but I was just thinking...

Yao is going to be scary next year...

...seeing that he'll be in the States to train. He'll be stronger through the focus of weight training he'll go through. I've heard a lot of how he lost much of his vertical due to incorrect training of his legs by Chinese authorities, could you imagine even if he gained a simple 3-5 inches on his vertical? We won't be seeing his shots blocked as much. He and his stamina will be much better prepared. His teammates will know what to be ready for. Not as much a transition period as we had this year.

    Scary...

I agree Stuart. He is going to be SCARY. But right now the Rockets as a team are sad. Yao is going to be stronger and dominant. But he needs EDDIE GRIFFIN to be stronger too...mentally and physically. They all need to do Tai Chi and meditate. Maybe that will help. The Rockets need to go through a shooting program too. They need help with their shooting.

Hopefully Yao wil assert his personality more next year because they need to send Mobley to Tai Chi, Yoga, meditation, a shot doctor, and to John Wooden. If not they need to trade him. His attitude of shooting and putting up the stats needs to go, the team will never develop with him.

I've seen Mobley play since the Grizzlies, he is the type of player that seems to find the most perfect time to jack up the wrong shot. I've seen 3-4 games this year and he hasn't changed a bit.
