    Yao took on Detroit Piston's big Ben one-on-one, overpowered the NBA's 2-time Defensive Player of the Year for a one-handed slam:

    Though big Ben is actually smaller, but he's one of the most intensified player in the league known for his physical toughness on his opponents.

    According to Yao in an interview, he says in the Chinese culture, it's considered somewhat rude to dunk at people, so he likes to do layups more than dunks. But Stevie tells Yao that the American culture favors dunks. So then, Yao added big Ben's name onto his Dunkin' List.

    that day was a few times in his rookie year. personally, i dont think he really needs to use the arm to get around, but it seems like he just does it to make sure. but if they're not gonna call it, why not do it?

    If Shaq ain't going to get called for the elbow on the chest, YAO shouldn't get called for the elbow on the back... enough said...

    how about bringing SHAWN BRADLEY to the rockets. imagine having two 7'6" on the court, that's like 15" in combined height!!!
