If TJ leads us to any kind of post-season success, it may cause quite the controversy next year with Schaub's contract ending.

It's just one game but I couldn't tell he was a rookie. He reminds me a little of Tony Romo out there making something out of notihng.

Without the bone headed fourth quarter plays of Tony Romo.

He did have a pick 6 wiped away by a holding penalty.

Meanwhile, Matt Ryan threw two terrible picks and had a sack fumble on the 15 wiped away by a holding penalty.

If Andre hangs on the pass, TJ would have been 13-25 and 218 yards ...1 TD, 0 int. ....very much Schaub type numbers this season . . .and against a good team/ good defense

I feel he will get better still in the remaining games. I like his confidence in the deep throws.

I like Yates, but this talk of him replacing Schaub reminds me of when Ben Tate was supposed to take Arian Foster's jerb.

Schaub has put up very good numbers for several years now. Not game-managing numers, near- elite numbers. Yates, on the other hand, put up average numbers for 1 game.

Besides, with the crazy amount of injuries these days, we need 2 good QBs.

Schaub played without Andre and Arian most of the year.

To be fair to Yates, if that WR wasn't held, then he may not have thrown the pick 6.

This, and his ability to move around freely and make people miss.

There was that one instance where he ran the boot leg had a guy charging right at him, and then he pulled his imitation of a bull fighter.

Schaub would have gone down there and thrown it away. But TJ was able to make him miss in the open field to extend the play.

I'm no way saying I'd rather have him out there than Schaub, that's asinine. But it sure is nice to see mobility.

Yeah, I love that logic. As if the penalty had nothing to do with the outcome of the play.

The holding penalty negated the TD. No, if the guy wasn't held, it would have been a sack, not a TD.

It's especially ridiculous in this instance, given that there were two separate defensive holding penalties on the same play. Yeah, that might have had something to do with the outcome. :)

Yates really surprised me, especially his foot work.

Yates seems to be able to move out of the pocket more effectively than Schaub and seems more mobile.

I understand how some people might question the ability of a 5th round rookie, but everyone knows you're just trolling, so please stop. If there's gonna be a debate about it, let someone who actually has an argument start it.
