    in some ways sucks Jeffries doesnt play a bit more the team could use his defense right now but very understandable that the Rockets do not buy him out until after the deadline.

    I dont think it's anything new...he's probably been hoping for one for a while now, since he's not playing. Unlike other players, if he gets a buyout someone will pick him up quickly.
