if yao's points go down but his assists go up we will still be considered for mvp. besides, as long as the team wins, who cares?
who won it last year? Dirk Right? why not Carmelo? is Dirk that much better? if the clippers make the playoffs. then Cassell for MVP.
What's wrong with Melo? He has the ability to score 30 points in every game (Allen Iverson being on the team makes it less likely to happen though). He's a dark horse to win it if the Denver Nuggets can somehow overachieve in the regular season.
exatly as it should be. as much as i love all of the players from yao and mac down to novak and brooks, i wouldn't care about them once they are on another team. there are some players i can't stand on other teams, but i love them when they're here. i would trade any of my favorite rocket players in a heartbeat and fire any coach if it meant winning a championship. rocket fans should be the only type of fans associated with the rockets.

i think denver will be pretty good this year. kind of like us a year or two ago. yeah first round exist that is.
It isn't. We saw this in the preseason. Everyone else jacked up bricks at about the same rate as usual and we weren't winning.
