With NBA2k8 coming out, I know that I'm going to be playing online a lot. Judging on the size of the NBA2k8 thread, a lot of people also will be. My Xbox360 Gamer Tag is: JusBlazeMan My PSN tag: JusBlazeMan Getting Halo today and definitely picking up NBA2K8 on October 2nd. After I work out a few kinks on how to actually play the game, I'll definitely want to play a few from here online.
Not to derail this thread.. but, PS3 or Xbox360? I'm leaning towards PS3 at the moment. And no doubt I'll be getting NBA 2k8 when it comes out.
right now... get a 360. You aren't missing out on anything on the PS3 yet.. get one next year. Right now the 360 gives you the most bang for your buck in terms of overall experience.. games, downloadable content etc.
PSN = oomp Mostly Warhawk now, and Resistance every now and then. When I'm on Warhawk I run a CTF server called "CTF-oomp's-house"
PSN=RAZCAN I will be all over 2K8. I need as many friends I can get before Home comes out so add away if you haven't already. Right now I am down for Warhawk, NCAA, or Madden.
I don't play any Live games..3 stars is the default afaik. I'll probably be playing TF2, Halo 3, and CoD4 later on if I can find the time.
Where at? I didn't see any other threads, but since search was down, I couldn't do that. I'd definitely hold up on the PS3. Most of the really good exclusives coming out on it are also coming out for the 360, and everyone I know who has both the 360 and PS3 prefers the 360. And with the Sixaxis so difficult to program for, few publishers are using it (and those that are typically use it sparingly). Plus, I love the 360 controller. Of course, I'm sure there are people out there who prefer PS3. I'm just offering my take on it. MGS4 may well end up forcing me to buy a PS3. Well, unless it comes out on 360.
