I bought Xbox 360 console two days ago. Got Halo 3 and it works Fine. But i don't get it why a Game like Perfect Dark Zero doesn't work properly ! is there any sort of updates that am not aware of ?

The message that i get says that the Disc is unreadable . Although i returned the first New copy of the Game and got another New one. I tried the troubleshooting given on the Xbox 360 official website but they are not helplful at all ! The CD is clean with no Scratches and the Origins of the Xbox and PDZ are the same !

    RC cola ? Anyone ?

Thats really strange, The other games work fine? hmmm.....

If you have Halo I would'nt even bother playing Perfect Dark.

BTW, The Orange Box is the game/games to buy....

Does Halo 1 work on the Xbox 360? Or would I have to download some kind of software in order to play it? Saw it today at Fry's for 10 bucks.

Yeah, it works on the 360. Halo 1 and 2 were actually the first games they worked on to make it backward compatible.

Yeah, my NBA 2k8 works fine 80% of the time...but other times, in the middle of an online game, it says that the disc is unreadable and I basically have to restart. Sucks.

Did you buy it used? I know my 360 eventually just stopped reading game discs. If there's a problem, take it back.

I honestly don't have any idea. I had a few guesses, but it doesn't seem like any of them would be a problem given what you've said. If you can, you might want to try out the game on another 360 just to make sure it isn't the game. You could also try other 360 (or Xbox 1?) games to see if there is a common theme going on, although I don't know if that would really help (for the PS2, this might help you find out that your PS2 can't read dual layer DVDs, but it can read CDs and single layer DVDs; all 360 games are on dual layer DVDs though).
