How long are they going to continue making games for the original X-BOX system? I wanted to purchase the last batch of all the EA sports games on the original X-BOX system. Does anyone have any information?
I imagine only games currently close to the end of development are going to be original Xbox titles... all others will be ported and upgraded to the new 360. Most game title websites have no new xbox games coming out after November, including this one: http://xbox.gamezone.com/sneak/sneak.htm
Here's a recent quote from MS about supporting the Xbox: I personally wouldn't expect too much, but I'm guessing EA and some other publishers will still make a few games for it.
I would assume that EA will go along way for XBox/PS2 with the Sports brand at least. Madden lasted on PSone till 2004 so I'd say they'd support Xbox for awhile.
