I am getting tired of Kubiak and his lack of self confidence. When a guy answers questions with that sense on uncertainty, its no wonder how the players can't make their own decisions.

I agree and I'm pretty surprised someone hasn't made this site sooner.

I'd rather take a minute to go to some crappy site to vote for a change then to have to settle for the ineptitude of a coaching staff for years.

The Texans players must be assless because according to Kubiak everyone is playing and working their "tails" off......

Kubiaks a nice guy but we all know where they finish.

I was a huge Kubiak supporter because I think he's a good coach, he's just lost some really tough games where his players have let him down at the bitter end... however, after he didn't fire Frank Bush this week even though the defense has gotten worse as the season goes on, I've lost all respect for the guy.

I'm happy the Texans won, but the score should have been a lot higher. Kubiak's 3rd down play calling is a fat out joke. I'm glad he stuck with the run to kill the clock, but allowing the receivers to run 3-4 yard routes on 3rd and 8 or 3rd and 11 is just stupid.

Frank Bush keeping his job this far is like #9 on the list of why Kubiak should be gone. Look more to his 5 year record, his bad decisions and his poor clock management for #1.
