its true... UNLESS.. the people are operating a motor vehicle, in which case, they are the most ruthless inconsiderate douche bags known to man.

 

So you are saying there are no Violent crimes(Stabbings or shootings) in Houston? What is Houston? some Heaven where nobody is capable of things like this? Trust me, there's plenty of Piece of Sh*t people in Houston too.

 

I didn't mean that a stabbing or shooting wouldn't happen. I just don't think there would be that many inconsiderate dick heads in one place at one time that won't help someone in need.

 

I have to assume the shoppers were unaware of or confused by what was happening, and took their queues from other people likewise confused.

It reminds me of a panhandler in Chicago. She was laying on the sidewalk and I assumed she was sleeping, so I walked on by. She called me back and reproached me for not doing anything for someone laying on the sidewalk. So, I asked her if she needed help, should I get an ambulance or what? She shook a cup of coins at me and asked for money. It turned out to be nothing, but I suppose I could have walked past a dying person without doing anything.
