I saw the OOtp supposed restart. Is that a joke or something. How can my team go from being 12-1 to 3-10. I really am pissed off now

edit: You are right raven something is wrong. Dave Milicki pitched in like 6 of 7 games and got 4 losses. Something is definitely screwed up with the stats. And Lou Pote started a game and my lineup on the website clearly shows he is the setup guy and Milicki is the spot starter.

and this line looks a little fishy:
    M. Clement L 6 15 14 14 3 4 128 73 21.00 0-1

    as does this line:
    D. Coggin L 8 20 13 12 2 8 155 94 13.50 0-1

I can understand if my team went from 12-1 to even 6-7 but 3-10 is not realistic. Especially since Atl is in the east lead and they are terrible.
In fact after looking at the boxscores there were very few games in the first week where releivers pitched.. and most of those were because the starter got injured.

Just like I am sure your 12-1 start would have leveled out, I am sure that a 3-10 start will level out. Even the best of teams have bad streaks.

EDIT: Actually, Castor...it appears there is something weird going on. In all the box scores of my first 5 games or so, some of my starting pitching is throwing like 150 pitches and going for like 11 innings, if they can. That is definitely not right. I see it is happening to your team as well (I also see that Roy Oswalt got injured on opening day for you...tough break).

This is some crazy **** man. Atlanta winning the NL East and the Reds 1-11. I know the Reds may not be great, but they aren't THAT BAD. Jesus what the hell is going on... And The ******* Wakefields 11-3? ;)

Well, this is just f*cking grand!

I traded Lewis Moores for nothing as Frankie Castillo throws 2 f*cking pitches and tears his triceps muscle! As OOTP would say, "He is definitely out for the season!!"

    Yeah, but Lewis Moores sucks.

It's 'cause the game was set to "Deadball Era" for god-knows-what reason. I wondered why I had to manually reset all the pitching rotations to 5-man when I was doing rosters. "These teams weren't all in the playoffs...." Anyway, if you have an injured starter, I'll perform Miyagi-like feats of healing before I sim next. Just let me know. For the record, "sim next" means probably Saturday night or Sunday, since I'm leaving for college Saturday morning and I've no idea when I'll be connected and ready to go.

It is probably pointless to try to "save" Frank Castillo since he also suffered some pretty bad talent increases.

So, unless you can reverse those, don't worry about Frankie.

However, I need Bulger to start the next game when you sim again (game #14). He has only pitched once so far this season. If at all possible, I would like for Schilling to start the following game (game #15) then Schmidt, Neugebauer, and Bulger again. Then have the 5th starter (Sean Lowe) pitch.

However, if that is not feasible, just let Sean Lowe start game #14 and have the rotation start back over with the next game, game #15, with Schilling.

BTW - I put this in red in my line-up post.

    Offer stands.

Though I'm not at all convinced the deadball thing is the cause of the rash of injuries.

Oswalt was my only injury and I think he is back. And I think the game does have an injury setting in it. Like if you overwork a pitcher he is more likely to be injured so that could have some sort of effect on it
