anything that sircharlesfan or lynus say now has been tarnished by their admission of actually liking wrestling...ER or seinfeld may indeed be scripted but I can gurantee you the intelligence level of those people who watch ER is higher than the WWF audience...i believe it may have been a proven fact and if it isnt it definitely is a forgone conclusion... Yes, it's true, I believe that wrestling sucks. You know what? I also think that ER sucks, and that Howard Stern sucks. I think that the Republican platform sucks. But, you know what else? I'm not arrogant enough to believe that those who love ER, Howard Stern, or Republicans are all stupid idiots (even though prior posts may lead some to believe that I do in fact feel that way ). I understand that other people's tastes or beliefs can be different than mine. Most are. That's what makes this country great. We can all like different things. Ever heard of the phrase "to each his/her own?" I happen to find professional wrestling entertaining. Maybe if you'd stop knocking it and actually watch it you might find yourself impressed by some of the feats a lot of them pull off(see: the Hardy Boyz, all of WCW's cruiserweights). Now granted, much of it is fluff, but we all need some form of escapism. Going by some people's condescending opinions, I could call people idiots for playing video games, watching cartoons, or (God forbid) following professional basketball. And BK, for the record, Marx and Engels were right. ------------------ WE WILL WATCH THEM FALL... next year, at least.

I used to believe wrestling was real. That is simply because I was around 8 years old and also believed in Santa Claus and the Tooth Fairy. You, Sirhangover are an arrogant ass for proclaiming that wrestling fans "don't know any better." What kind of f*cked up view is that? I'm not from Oklahoma or Arkansas (like that makes a difference). I'm an educated man and so are all of my college buddies that watch wrestling with me. I like the WWF, I like "Married with Children," and I like the Jerry Springer show, all of which have been accused of being trashy TV. alright, im a wrestling fan, but it doesn't mean im not educated. I m a junior at UT, so this fan of rasslin managed to make it into a pretty decent Univ. tommy rogers and bobby fulton were the fantastics i believe. the midnight express was bobby eaton and dennis condrey. used to watch them when i was a kid. ------------------ "Don't they get cable in Canada ?"
