I would. Hill has really emerged in this series, even Mark Cuban recognizes it. Brooks is a very good player but so is Hill and ties goes to the fullsized guy.

I like Hills Defense and vision but AB's quickness and dead eye shooting puts him just over Hill.

Hill brings great defense, but still doesn't have much court vision either. pass.

Would you trade Brooks for Tony Parker (assuming we can get the salaries to work)?

I think Hill might develop into the better, all-around player.

But right now, I would take Brooks over Hill.

I really feel Brooks is the better player, and i know some here think I am a Brooks hater

so no, I would not take Hill over Brooks. At least not yet, Brooks has been pretty consistent the entire year, and has been the primary option for a winning team. This is something Hill has just not done yet.

    HELL YEAH.

Parker is a legit all star and among the best point guards in the league (3rd IMO after Rose and Williams).

Hill on the other hand, probably no. He benefits too much from the big three. Way too many wide open shots to assess his true potential on offence while brookes was keyed in on by opposing defence. But defensively, hill does a good job. Over all, I would still take brookes.

OoOoO this one is tough, but the answer is no.

I REALLY like Hill's game though. I think Garrett Temple could develop into something like that with some work...

    LOL! Very funny.

    Williams
    CP3
    D. Rose
    Westbrook
    Nash
    Kidd
    Rondo
    Billups
    Harris
    Curry
    Bdiddy

    Then Parker maybe.

I'm sorry but Baron Davis is not better than Tony Parker. His shot selection is so ****ty and he does not even put in the effort to stay in shape during the summer.......

    Uh, Lol?
Williams, Rose and Nash are difinitely better than Parker.
Paul has been injured and has been playing badly since he came back, so you cant claim hes better because hes not. None of this 'hes better when hes healthy' stuff - taken from the Howard V Yao case.
Westbrook, Rondo, Billups and Curry are arguably as good as Parker, but, if Westbrook, Rondo and Curry didnt have the "potential" tag on them, would you still take them over Parker? No. Parker is better than them right now.

Harris, Kidd, and Davis? Are you kidding me?

Hill has more of what we'd be looking for in a PG in terms of being able to play defense, but are you serious comparing their past two regular seasons?

All we Rockets fans have to do to appreciate Brooks is remember what it was like for the PAST 15 YEARS since we traded Cassell. Brooks is the first PG we've had since then that can finish with regularity, get his floater off without giving half of the people on TV heartburn, and shoot a 3-ball at just about 40%.

Hill might be a better-looking player just in terms of body type, but right now he's got Trevor Ariza effect working for him. He's the #4 option in that offense, and his postseason play is going to significantly overvalue his regular season ability.

Put George Hill on this year's Rocket's team and he would struggle big time......he benefits a lot from playing with 3 great players, AB would make them even better.

Brooks works well with what we do, I like Hill don't get me wrong but I'm good with Aaron Brooks, we're turning him into our new Mr. Clutch.
