I see alot of "I miss Steve" "We have no more heart" ect. So my ? is IF you had a chance to take back the trade would you or wouldn't you? Explain....

I for one would still make it. T-mac brings alot to the table more than steve and cat put together, IMO. Yes we are getting the **** kicked outa us BUT i cant blam CD for this one. It was a GOOD trade and if i had a chance id make it again.

i love steve. the simple fact however is that a Yao/Tmac combo has much more upside than a Yao/Francis combo.

What about the people who come out ONLY after losses and say "I told you so"?

No, I said this from day one. Check your info before posting. It's not just one man. Basketball aint about one man. we were 1 or maybe 2 players away from contending. all we needed was a new coach. one man. this is all about 1 man. it's so ridiculous.

Do u miss steve's scoring? assist? turnover? defense? I only miss his rebounds and that's because our big man sucks. I think t-mac has done nothing wrong. It's our big man let the team down, especially yao. If there's any question about the trade, it's wether we should stand more firm about giving up cato. If u like, t-mac can easily bring u marbury, baron davis or any top pg in the league. Any time if rockets like.

How many will still say yes, if JVG is fired and Phil Jackson becomes our new couch?

i was talking to mogrod about people who liked the trade. it's not working and the rox are fighting an uphill battle. 3-4 years of drafting recruiting. good luck front office and JVG. so again I ask don't these people who liked in look like idiots now? I think now you people do look stupid but you may look smart in 3-4 years if the rox put it all together. I don't think so though. it's not gonna be easy.

did you really think the trade was to win a champoinship THIS year? This was a huge trade. No player Mcgradys caliber has ever been traded this early in his career. We had to give up a lot to get him. Ming and Mcgrady are both very young and will be Rockets for many more years. We have plenty of time to build this team up around them and find the right coach. ;)

I don't know that I expected them to win a championship this year, but I did expect them to play hard this year. So far I'm not seeing that.

The Problem is Tracy and Yao are natural Born Scorers yet JVG is a natural Born defender. see he problem?. well someones out of the loop here and my money is on JVG. if we had a offensive minded coach, this team would be dominating. the players on our Rosters simply dont fit JVG style of game plan.

Well, it's not the Steve/T-Mac trade, it's the 3 starters for T-Mac and some scrubs trade. Steve for T-Mac, who wouldn't make that trade, but the problems this team faces are the result of gutting the team. This might have been a better move with a better coach and if Yao was actually the player we all thought we were drafting.

Lue and Howard (a career 16-9 guy) started for the Magic last year. I hope you are not calling Cat and Cato scrubs

PS. JVG first mistake was not starting Juwana from the first game. I am still scratching my head trying to figure out why he out of the blue handed the starting job to Motay.

I expect Sura and Juwan starting if fully healthy next game.
