This would give us a bigger stronger lineup:

Houston trades: SF Bostjan Nachbar (2.1 ppg, 0.8 rpg, 0.2 apg in 5.5 minutes)
PF Eddie Griffin (8.6 ppg, 6.0 rpg, 1.1 apg in 24.5 minutes)
SG Cuttino Mobley (17.5 ppg, 4.2 rpg, 2.9 apg in 41.7 minutes)
Houston receives: SF Donyell Marshall (13.4 ppg, 9.0 rpg, 1.8 apg in 30.5 minutes)
PF Marcus Fizer (11.7 ppg, 5.7 rpg, 1.3 apg in 21.3 minutes)
Change in team outlook: -3.1 ppg, +3.7 rpg, and -1.1 apg.

Chicago trades: SF Donyell Marshall (13.4 ppg, 9.0 rpg, 1.8 apg in 30.5 minutes)
PF Marcus Fizer (11.7 ppg, 5.7 rpg, 1.3 apg in 21.3 minutes)
Chicago receives: SF Bostjan Nachbar (2.1 ppg, 0.8 rpg, 0.2 apg in 14 games)
PF Eddie Griffin (8.6 ppg, 6.0 rpg, 1.1 apg in 77 games)
SG Cuttino Mobley (17.5 ppg, 4.2 rpg, 2.9 apg in 73 games)
Change in team outlook: +3.1 ppg, -3.7 rpg, and +1.1 apg.

    TRADE ACCEPTED

Due to Houston and Chicago being over the cap, the 15% trade rule is invoked. Houston and Chicago had to be no more than 115% plus $100,000 of the salary given out for the trade to be accepted, which did happen here. This trade satisfies the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Our Roster:
    Ming/Cato/Meech
    Cato/Taylor/Fizer
    Marshall/JJ/A. Griff
    Pike/JJ
    SF/Mooch/Wilks

Chicago would do it cause they would be a lock in the playoffs:
    Curry/Blount
    Griffin/Chandler
    Pippen/Robison
    Rose/Mobley
    Crawford/Mobley/Jwill

Chicago should also throw in a Pick: future 1st protected if top 5 only

I would do it if they gave us the 1st round draft pick that is protected top 5 only.

Cato would not start at power forward though...any could do..Fizer..Marshall...or Taylor...and Cato sometimes.

The only thing is that DONYELL MARSHALL cannot shoot! I don't think he plays much defense either!

We need players to complement or compliment Yao and Steve!
As in shooters and bangers rebounders. Fizer would be nice.

It's not going to happen anyways.

Fizer is still recovering from an injury and Chandler hasn't developed enough yet. The Bulls need improvement in rebounding as well. That's why Donyell Marshall is important to them. Losing Mobley weakens us further in the backcourt and we all know EG's problems make him nearly untradable now.

I had a poll going a month ago and a majority of users wanted a RealGM forum.

Have you seen Donyell play? He's not a great shooter, but he's definitely a good shooter. He can hit the mid-range jumper consistently and has a decent three point shot. He's been able to shoot the J since his college days.

He's a very underrated player. He'll never carry a team, but he's a great complimentary player. He can score, rebound and block shots in limited minutes. Not a great defender, but he does block shots well.

Donyell Marshall disappears towards the end of the season. And when he plays on the perimeter, he tends to get too trigger happy from 3pt land.

Pass. This probably favors the Bulls more than it does us.
