According to rhester's post earlier about trading Yao for Carmello, I thought up another off the wall trade consideration. would you trade T-mac for LeBron? I know this is a true impossibility, but what would you guys think? Have Lebron run the point, and pass down low to Ming, and when Ming is acting like a pansy, you know this guy will throw it down or stroke the J. I am sure it would be the same as T-Mac, Yao, but what do you guys think?
Lebron has the most upside for a player in the history of the game. There is nothing in the NBA that could be traded for him.
As much as i like T-mac, I would say yes. LeBron turns 20 tomorrow and he is already just as good or better than T-mac. Since he is 5 yrs younger than T-Mac i would do that trade. LeBron is going to get alot better on offense and defense whereas T-Mac is basically already in his prime and is not going to get drastically better (his defense will get better). Of course no way the Cavs do that trade.
This thread title should be "Would you do this deal 34234234234235238965239865982365983274823658923748923657967298356329784634297869783245893247589234758923475893475893475894375893475293408752930847592803745982347589234790582374895273497056558475689324659237459820347590824376598347568932465?
You forgot about the trade that would bring Elvis back to life. So it should be "Would you do this deal 34234234234235238965239865982365983274823658923748923657967298356329784634297869783245893247589234758923475893475893475894375893475293408752930847592803745982347589234790582374895273497056558475689324659237459820347590824376598347568932466 "
I am thinking of doing a thread called "Would you do this deal 3?" and in it have Charlie Ward going to Atlanta for Tyronn Lue. You think that would be a 5 star thread?
For Cleveland to even consider trading Lebron to the Rox, it would have to be for T-Mac AND Yao. I'm serious. How many of you guys would do that one?
I would trade my soul to Satan if we could have Lebron James on our team, if only we would have been a lottery team that year, and got the first pick. I believe he will be the greatest player that we have seen since Mr. MJ
Yeah, I know where you're coming from. I'd personally like to hold onto my soul , but I honestly wouldn't mind gutting our roster for him, even if it meant a few trips to the lottery (simply because I feel we could re-draft Rodrick Rhodes, Bryce Drew and Mirsad Turkcan, and Lebron would somehow find a way to turn them into quality roleplayers - hell, he could probably even convince Turkan to finally get his ass over here!). His career couldn't have gotten off to a better start. The way he gets the best out of his teammates (at 19 years of age mind you) is simply beautiful. Unfortunately, the only way I see Cleveland parting with Lebron is if someone sent Gordan Gund a crackpipe for Christmas. (that and a lot of crack, of course)
