Are they that loud? More than a Jetski? Have you ridden in one?

That would be completely boring and annoying after about an hour -- that first hour would be fun though.

It's a giant fan. Ever been on a airboat? You are supposed to wear ear protection.

It would probably annoy the people around you too.

    How much is it?

    (my guess, $12K)

People who ride jet ski's out in front of my beach house all day annoy me, but there is not anything I can do about it.

I've ridden jet skis before down there, and it is whopping fun for an hour but it gets old pretty quick so I've never been tempted to buy one. The guy that rents them in Galveston tells me the maintenance is pretty demanding.

It does seem like it would get boring and seems to be a collosal waste of money. What do you wipe your ass with? Gold flake paper? Must be nice. lol

I know what would be kind of fun. Ride down a popular street in your corvette with the sunroof open and let several money bills fly out like confetti. That's fun! You're spreading the wealth.

Or, you could ride your hovercraft on land and let the bills fly on a popular beach. A bundle of joy to be had.

    :D

All you have to do is start a couple of companies make them work and then sell them off...no biggie...right?

How can you watch/listen to that video and ask that question with a serious look on your face?

We have a house on Lake LBJ that has a 20 foot beach and then tapers into the water...we are actually on the Llano river arm of the lake but since the lake is controlled we have about 1-3 feet of water across most of the lake....until the deep water channel.

So I am a little leary of ridding jetskis in 18" of water.

I'd definitely get a Jet-Ski. That's just too much fun to pass up.
