if you were on death row and you didnt commit the crime and the legal system wasn't working for you would you try and bust out?
It really depends, would I be able to live in a mansion in Mexico after busting out? Or would I just get caught again?
No brainer. Bust out. You're gonna die anyway, what's the harm of getting killed while on the run. Heck, it may be better. I'd bust out even if I did commit the crime. The better question is: Bust out or wait 30 years for probation?
I have lived my life in accordance with the law (for the most part ). I would not allow unfortunate circumstances drive me to become a criminal.
I'd say there are some things worse than death. Perhaps it would be best to refrain from those things even if they would save your life. But that's not why I voted for death. I just know myself and I know that I wouldn't have the courage, perseverence, or intelligence to bust out of a maximum security prison.
I'd probably try to bust out even if I were guilty... (provided of course, I could see a way of doing so)
Being as I once ran from the cops as a kid(and got away clean, but ended up going back because my friend didn't), I'd probably bust out.
There's always a way...always a weakness somewhere. Just a matter of being patient enough to find it and having enough balls to exploit it.
guys guys guys! bgm went to the hospital TOO, like last weekend we went i think. some of you guys should come with me sometime. its SUPER cool.
You've obviously never been to jail before. That type of play is "super cool" until you get caught. If I was guilty of the crime, I'd stay and serve my punishment. If I was innocent, then I'd try my damnest to get the hell outta there.
Or, better yet, what if you were sentenced to death row for a crime you had not yet committed. A-la Tom Cruise's new movie.
