This is a spin-off of Doc Rocket's thread and question is simple:

If Tracy came back somehow for this season or next to finish out his contract, would you boo him as he stepped on the hardwood?

Why would you want to make him feel even worse about the situation?
The last thing he needs is to lose support from his fans.
He needs a jolt in the bit of self-esteem he has left.

It depends how hard he plays. If he plays like he's played this year, then hell yes. That's not helping the team; that's showing up for your paycheck.

Hell no I wouldn't boo him. If people would grow up and remember that he has played more than one season here, they would realize how foolish it is to boo him.

Before Tracy got here, the Rockets made the playoffs once. After he got here, the Rockets made the playoffs 3 out of 4 years. He was a big part of that, and I'm not willing to just completely forget about that because he hasn't handled this situation well.

I'll support T-Mac until he's done playing, period

Whoops, by "made the playoffs once", I meant "made the playoffs once in 5 years."

We acquired a superstar, and everybody want to boo him. No, you don't boo your superstar. You don't get superstars often.

    im tired of the injuries

im tired of the lack of effort

im tired of the poor shot selection

im tired of the passive attitude

im tired of tracy not stepping up to become a leader

    im tired....

    tracy is done in houston

i loved him...till last week i even believed in him...

I wouldn't boo him. Even though our current situation is the biggest train wreck in sports right now, I can't dismiss the fact that he's done a lot of the team over the past 5 years. Sure, no deep playoff run, but he gave us hope. I wish him luck in the future.

But in the mean time... Please stop distracting the team, Tracy!

It's not about what he's done in the past, we're living in the now and now Tracy doesn't should get what he deserves. This is not something you just forget, so yes I'd boo him, because in the end Tracy does not care about the Rockets nor Houston so why should you care about him ?

However I do believe the Rockets should do everything possible to prevent him from stepping on to the Rockets court and wearing that uniform unless he sincerely apologizes to Houston, the whole organisation, his teammates and personally to Rick, Morey, Leslie. He would have to hold a press conference to apologise to his fans and it would have to come from the heart, not just because say it's the right thing to do. He's not a baby, although he acts like one, so he should figure this out for himself.

Still if he comes back, I would have a really hard time rooting for him and rather not see him in a Rockets uniform ever again even if he apologises, because it's too late. Sorry Tracy but you've ISO'd yourself.

gets what he deserves? what's he done to get this kind of treatment? he's legitmately injured.

he's injured but everytime RA and DM asks him to play, he goes out to play. and what does he get out of it? he gets shopped behind his back. now who's screwing who here? it seems to me that tmac has is taking offense with DM trying to shop him and that interview with SAS was his way to get back at morey.

call it immature, but that's the only way tmac can get back at DM for trying to shop him. seems like tmac's looking out for himself from now on. he doesnt want to play anymore and he wants to get that surgery on an injury the team (most obviously morey) has been probably keeping from everyone since they wanted to trade tmac badly even before the season started so he can get back to being 100% and prove all his critics wrong.

i sure do hope that tmac gets traded already and everyone starts to speak out on this entire drama. i want to know who's really to blame for everything that's been going on with the rockets this season.
