He was punished. He was fined $7,000 and given 56 hours of community service. That seems to fit the crime. But WADA had to stick their Dick Pound in it and get the kid banned for 2 years. For those that don't know, Dick Pound is the former president of WADA and an overall jackass. He once publicly stated that 1/3 of all NHL players doped.
