Reading the Peja threads got me to thinking, who's the worst playoff performer among current NBA players? Here are some of my candidates, I'm sure I've missed a few:

    Keith Van Horn

    Career Regular Season Stats: 17.5ppg, .443 FG%, .358 3pt%

    Career Playoff Stats: 11.7ppg, .393 FG%, .438 3pt%

    Peja Stojakovic

    Career Regular Season Stats: 18.2ppg, .468 FG%, .397 3pt%

    Career Playoff Stats: 16.8ppg, .414 FG%, .362 3pt%

    Cliff Robinson

    Career Regular Season Stats: 15.5ppg, .440 FG%, .357 3pt%

    Career Playoff Stats: 11.1ppg, .394 FG%, .286 3pt%

    Shawn Marion

    Career Regular Season Stats: 17.9ppg, .440 FG%, .355 3pt%

    Career Playoff Stats: 13.3ppg, .388 FG%, .333 3pt%

    Eddie Jones

    Career Regular Season Stats: 16.8ppg, .442 FG%, .379 3pt%

    Career Playoff Stats: 13.8ppg, .426 FG%, .390 3pt%

Marion. His FGP and 3pt FGP drop big time in the playoff.

ESPN has jones averaging 16.8 for his career, not 22.3.

My fault, you're right. 22.3 is his per-48 minute average.

Webber's a late game choker, regular season or playoffs.

That said, overall he's been a pretty good playoff performer throughout his career:

    21.1ppg, 9.6rpg, 4.3apg, .463 FG%

Not too different from his regular season numbers of 22.0ppg, 10.2rpg, 4.4apg, .490 FG%.

.9ppg, .6rpg, .1apg, and .027 FG% difference doesn't really make him a poor playoff performer. He's just always choked in crunch time, all the way back to his college days.

Oh there isn't much of a stats difference, he just brings his choker-ness to all-new, jaw-dropping levels each time the situation gets bigger. I'm awed every time. :D

    The ASTROS as a team.

Send them to Nashville like the Oilers and start over.

Yeah, Webber shys away during crunch time. But that's been a characteristic of his in the regular season too, so it's not really just a playoff thing. He does make his impact during the course of playoff games though, which is more than can be said about his teammate, Peja Stochokeavic. Peja manages to disappear during the game and crunch time.

Whoops. Active players... right. (Although Lindsey Hunter's still in the league, I think.)

Lindsey Hunter is mindbogglingly bad in any pressure situation and has been throughout his career.

He used to actually go in defensive slumps during the postseason as well. It was amazing. During the regular season he'd be a good defender, and then he'd get lit up for 30 by a journeyman during the playoffs. He did well defensively this year though.

Maybe he'll eventually figure out how to hit a layup during the playoffs. Dare to dream.

the answer is clifford robinson. Clifford just this season missed the playoffs for the first time. Every season before that he played in big games and came up short, especially those early 90's blazers. Since Robinson has played in probably more playoff games the the whole list combined you must factor in that he has been the most consistantly inconsistant.
