I just read a little bit about this guy, so I have to nominate him http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kwame_Kilpatrick#Early_life.2C_education_and_family It is really despicable what this guy got away with and still gets away with in 5k sqft home outside of dallas and is paying 160$ a month to Detroit because he claims he is broke....
