Just for curiousioty sake . . . . What PGs do the Steve Bashers think are Worse than SF? Rocket RIver
Well here's a list of the PGs I think might suck more than Francis, but there a few on this list that could be better if they were on this team. why are you so negative. i'm not a huge steve basher. but... i think point guard wise, he's better than everyone except: kidd, nash, marbury... can't think of any more. but for this team, there's an entire slew of people that would be better, and would cost less.
Are you kidding? Some people on here would trade Steve Francis for Carlos Arroyo and a bag of M&M's. There are no point guards worse then Francis because Francis is the worst player in the league. Rockets sucking this year was Francis's fault. Rockets winning one game in the plaoyffs was Francis's fault. The Iraq war is Francis's fault. World Poverty is Francis's fault. Cancer and Aids are Francis's fault. I'm a lazy bum, but even that is Francis's fault.
after coming on the board all year listening to endless. . and I MEAN ENDLESS Steve Bashing . . .I just wanted to see what people's limits are The HATRED of Steve Francis on this board is ridiculous. . just wanted to see how far it ran Rocket River
dude, of course every backup pt gaurd is worse than Steve.......u got almost nuthin but backup pt gaurds there.....
I dont think he is a good point guard at all. For the leader of this team he makes too many damn mistakes. He is a good player, but by no means a good point guard. He has poor passing skills, poor court vision and is probably one of the worst PGs on a fast break. Steve is a great talent and athlete, but doesnt really fit anywhere. After seeing him play for the last 5 years he just doesnt "get it". I dont want to see steve as our pg next year and only as our shooting guard, but he doesnt fit there also. He is a poor jump shooter, and does not move well without the ball. If steve could learn to move without the ball and slash to the basket he could fit as the 2 guard. Rip hamilton, who is not the best shooter is probably one of the best 2 guards that move without the ball and get open or to th0e hoop. A point guard is a essential position for a succesful team and we dont have a very good one.
