World Championship Baseball

    I think nobody here cares, but the world championship baseball is held in Holland this year. (most MLB players do not particepate, so i think most of you didn't even know it was now).
    the Dutch team just won of south Korea. The dutch are the best in europe,(last european championship they beat Italy in the finals with 11-0).
    Is anybody watching these games?

    I'm amazed just by the fact that there is a Dutch national baseball team (and it's actually good).

    I wouldn't call them good, But we are the best in Europe. And probably one of the 8 best countrys in the world.

    Lol arno, I didn't even know that... and I'm Dutch. I've been seeing some headlines about the Dutch team but I didn't know that we won the European Championships.

    ok to keep everybody that is interested(so i guess nobody).
    the pouls are now almost finished. The dutch won of panama, south korea and canada(and a couple of bad teams.) and they only lost to Cuba with 3-1. they wil face either the VS or nicaragua or puerto rico. there is a sslight chance they face Japan(but that is almost impossible, they will probably win poul B)

    The dutch are playing some great baseball. they have a shot of getting t the semi- finals or maybe even the finals:D
