I need some workout music for my IPOD. I'm tired of all my songs. Sometimes I catch myself working out to love songs  .
Techno to hard metal. Its all good, as long as it pumps me up. Any suggestions???

    Metal
Avenged Sevenfold (Waking the Fallen ) ..much better than before they went hard rock for cashing in. Remenissions is probably the best song on there for pumping up.
Tomahawk (Mit Gas ..or Tomahawk )
System of a Down (any album)
    Incubus (S.C.I.E.N.C.E.)
Skindred (any of the 2 albums)
    Primus (Fizzle Fry) ..alternative style
Buckethead and Friends (Enter the Chicken)
    Killswitch Engage (Any album)

    Electric guitar instrumentals (metal)
Buckethead (Monsters & Robots ||| Decoding the Tomb of Bansheebot ||| Pepper's Ghost)

    Industrial Metal
Skinny Puppy (The Greater Wrong of Right)
Mushroomhead (Any album, much heavier than Skinny Puppy)

    Techno/Electronic
    Infected Mushroom (Converting Vegetarians)
Amon Tobin (Permutation or Foley Room) slower pace

Great Post. Especially bout A7X. They sold out now imo.. System, and Primus are always good. I like some Red Hot Chili Peppers Blood Sugar Sex Magic. Some pretty funky uptempo stuff, less melodic than By the Way or Californication. Tool is also pretty good.

I read in an article (like Health and Fitness or something) somewhere that Scatman is probably the best work out song..
