I for 1 have seen a little of both I can see Yao being a very good to great player. I can also see him being a bust if he is not used right ! I for one( DO NOT QUESTION ) Rudy T skills as a coach of basketball.
But I see no use of Yao as a player on this team to date!!

If I were a Rudy T and had Yao with no exp in the NBA! I would have 1 play that I would put in for just Yao Ming and I would work that play left, right and center in practic in games in shoot arounds and in any place that Yao or his mates had a ball in his hands.

Then i would work off from there to add more and more from that 1 play to him and his teammate's till they were comfortable with each other in game play. To me thats the way to get everyone on the same page and going in the right way.

Its just I see nothing from Yao in his play to date.. The team seems to go into a funk when he gets on the floor any thoughts here would would be nice....
