Wow, this makes Obama seem even more cool. Not only did he excel at academics and athletics in high school, but he knew where to find the sweet pakalolo. When and where I grew up, this was the ideal we aspired to in high school and college. Work hard/Play hard. Reminds me of myself actually and brings back a lot of fond memories of high school in Houston and early college in Hawaii. Football, surfing, Dean's list, sticky bud, editor of the school paper, backyard kegs, academic scholarships, volleyball between classes. No doubt this unfamiliar life experience elicits envy and fear in beta males like basso and li'l t.
